Many people I work with carry distressing memories, chronic stress responses, or relationship patterns that were shaped by earlier experiences, and they’re ready for support that feels both deeply human and clinically skilled.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: we’re all searching for true connection — to feel seen and understood. And when we’re vulnerable enough to be seen and understood by someone else, we come to really know ourselves.
I work with adults (18+), and I’m especially drawn to helping women who live with PTSD or complex trauma and are looking for EMDR or clinical hypnosis as part of their healing.

What it’s like to work with me
Sessions with me are both gentle and challenging. We explore how you came to understand yourself throughout your childhood and major life events and how your memories affect the person you are now. We dive into your hopes for change in your life and in yourself and apply EMDR or Clinical Hypnosis to disentangle old stories from your identity, creating a pathway for transformation. You become better acquainted with your nervous system and how emotions signal your perceptions. Skills and tools are introduced along the way and practiced outside of sessions.
My approach
I primarily use EMDR and clinical hypnosis to help people process trauma in a way that feels paced, respectful, and stabilizing. We’ll also spend time getting to know your nervous system — how it’s learned to protect you, and how emotions can signal what your mind and body perceive as threatening (even when you want to respond differently). My hope is to help you hold your story with more compassion and less intensity — so the past becomes something you remember, not something you keep reliving.

A little about me outside the therapy room
I love my job and I feel so fortunate to do it every day. Outside of working with my clients, I enjoy hiking, reading, exercise and spending time with my family. Anytime I can disconnect from tech and tap into nature, I feel refueled and refreshed. I love setting out on new adventures such as backpacking, starting a new dance class, exploring a new culture, or trying a new recipe.
