Insurance participation varies by provider, so we’re happy to help match you with a therapist who works with your plan.

Reimbursement amounts vary by plan, and we’re happy to answer questions about how this process works.
What are your fees per session?
Fees vary depending on the provider and the type of service. All therapists offer private pay rates, and some providers offer sliding scale options based on financial need.
Our front office team can review current fees and help connect you with a therapist who fits both your clinical needs and budget Call 210-314-2026 or contact us for more information.
This is my first time seeking counseling. What does a typical session look like?
We offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. During your first session, your therapist will take time to learn about your background, concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy.
Sessions are collaborative and paced to your comfort level. Your therapist may ask questions, offer reflections, and work with you to develop goals — but there is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
