If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or like your nervous system is always “on,” you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself. I offer a steady, relational space where we can slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and work toward feeling safer in your body and more connected in your life.
I work with teens, adults, and couples, and I am especially drawn to supporting young adults, parents, the queer community, and those struggling with ADHD. Many of the people I work with are navigating a lot beneath the surface, and at some point, those “hard things” start showing up louder, especially during big life transitions (college, new independence, marriage, new parenthood, grief, or stepping into a new role).
Areas I commonly help with include:
-
Trauma (including domestic violence and sexual trauma)
-
Anxiety, stress, and feeling constantly on edge
-
ADHD and difficulty concentrating
-
Attachment wounds and relationship patterns
-
Complex family dynamics, boundaries, and religious trauma
-
Identity exploration and parenting support
What it’s like to work with me
My style is compassionate and attuned — and also casual and conversational. I want therapy to feel like a real relationship with a real human, not something clinical or performative. I’m deeply relational and attachment-focused, and I believe trust and safety in the therapy relationship are often where healing begins.
My approach
I integrate different approaches based on what you need, without being rigid about any one method. EMDR may be a central tool we use, but I also weave in somatic awareness, nervous system / polyvagal-informed work, and parts work to help you understand what your system is doing — and to gently shift patterns that no longer serve you.
You might be a good fit for working with me if you:
-
Want to work through trauma with care, pacing, and nervous-system support
-
Feel dysregulated (physiological arousal, residual trauma responses) or emotionally exhausted
-
Are navigating boundaries, family stress, or old attachment wounds that keep repeating
-
Want therapy to feel grounded, collaborative, and deeply human

A little about me outside the therapy room
Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, being with my dogs, watching live sports, going to music and comedy shows, and doing things that help me feel grounded, including yoga, hiking, and dance.
If you’d like to explore working together, I’d be glad to connect and see if I’m the right fit for what you’re looking for.
