If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn…

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you don't have to navigate it alone. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, identity exploration, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful change. Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate life's challenges.
I work with teens, young adults, and adults, including LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals, who may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, identity exploration, life transitions, relationship concerns, substance use, or feelings of being stuck or overwhelmed. My goal is to create a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are

Areas I commonly help with include:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Depression

  • Grief and loss

  • Identity exploration

  • Life transitions

  • Relationship concerns

  • Substance use

  • Self-esteem and personal growth

What it’s like to work with me

I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is a genuine therapeutic relationship. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, accepted, and supported without judgment. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious, and I believe that you are the expert on your own life. Together, we'll explore what's bringing you to therapy, build on your strengths, and work toward goals that feel meaningful to you.

My approach

My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and rooted in Narrative Therapy while incorporating a relational lens and Parts Work. I believe we are all more than the challenges we face, and together we'll explore the stories that have shaped your life while honoring the different parts of yourself that have developed along the way. My hope is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen self-compassion, deepen your relationships, and reconnect with your values and resilience as you move toward lasting change.

You might be a good fit for working with me if you

  • Are looking for a therapist who is curious, compassionate, and authentic.

  • Want to better understand yourself and your relationships.

  • Feel ready to navigate life's challenges with support while building on your strengths.

A little about me outside the therapy room

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my two dogs. You'll often find me reading a good book, spending time outdoors, hiking, exercising, or enjoying a day at the river. I believe caring for ourselves and finding moments of connection and joy are important parts of living a balanced life.
If you're interested in learning more about what it might be like to work together, I'd be happy to connect with you. Finding the right therapist is an important part of the process, and I'd love the opportunity to see if we're a good fit.
