Therapy with me is meant to feel both safe and practical — a place where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and also leave with tools you can actually use. One client told me it feels like we’re sitting in a cozy living room, talking with someone they already know. That’s exactly the tone I aim for: warm, grounded, and real.
I work with military, teens (12+) and adults, and people often come to me when they’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite untangle — especially in relationships, family dynamics, or the way they talk to themselves.
Areas I commonly help with include:
-
Anxiety and chronic stress
-
Trauma and its ripple effects
-
ADHD and focus challenges
-
Codependency and relationship patterns
-
Perfectionism and burnout
What it’s like to work with me
I’m supportive and non-critical: truly a judgment-free zone. At the same time, I’m intentional about helping you notice your strengths (even the ones you’ve lost touch with) and then turning that insight into action. My goal is that therapy doesn’t stay abstract; we work toward real changes in your daily life.
If you’d like to explore working together, I’d be glad to connect and see if I’m the right fit for what you’re looking for.
My approach
I draw from CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused work, with a strong emphasis on cultural sensitivity. I’m also incorporating EMDR (beginning in 2026). I bring 20 years of experience into the room, and I’ve found that steady support + practical strategy is often what helps people move forward most.
You might be a good fit for working with me if you:
-
Want a therapist who feels warm, human, and easy to talk to
-
Are ready for tools and steps you can apply outside of session
-
Feel stuck in anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, or relationship patterns
-
Want support that honors your lived experience and cultural context

A little about me outside the therapy room
I have a lot of energy, and I’ve found a community at my gym where we dance our hearts out a few times a week — music is a big part of my life. I also love time with my husband and three kids, and I really value friendships both long-standing and new. My philosophy is simple: when you’re with the right people, you can have fun anywhere.
